FEATURED PUBLICATION
LANGUAGE, CULUTRE AND SOCIETY
CALA, The Annual Conference on Asian Linguistic Anthropology, is a yearly conference on Linguistic Anthropology with a focus on Asian countries, and regions. Scholars from around the world gather to engage in various fields surrounding Asian Linguistic Anthropology, though this in no way limits interest to those working on the East, or to Linguistic Anthropologists, Linguistics, or Anthropologists.
The CALA framework includes support for all academics to present, publish, and grow, and
thus to collaborate with institutions globally to effect this growth.
The First Call opened on October 13, 2017, and closed on February 10, 2018. The huge influx of submissions and accompanying requests has warranted a second call.
Following continuous requests for a Second Call, the CALA is now extremely pleased to announce its Second and Final Call.
The call opens on February 15th, 2018.
THE CALA 2018 will be held between January 23-26. 2019
